Do you offer virtual sessions or only in-person?

I offer both in-person and online sessions. My office is located at 10431 Patterson Ave, B10, Henrico, VA 23238, and I'm able to meet clients virtually for added flexibility. You can discuss your preference when you schedule your initial consultation.

Your first session is an opportunity for us to meet and for me to understand what brings you in. I'll listen to your story with warmth and compassion, learn about your needs, and share how I might support your healing journey. Before our first paid session, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so you can ask questions and see if we're a good fit.

What specialties do you focus on?

I specialize in Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Bipolar and Mood Disorders, Life Transitions, LGBTQ+ issues, and Women's Issues. I also work with a wide range of other concerns including depression, trauma, grief, stress, and relationship issues. Although those are my core specialties, I'm committed to supporting many other needs as well.

I utilize a person-centered, holistic, and strength-based approach to therapy. I draw on multiple evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based approaches, Trauma-Focused work, Compassion Focused therapy, and others, tailored to what serves you best. My goal is to light your path and guide you with warmth, empathy, and when appropriate, humor.
